Participatory approach

All aspects of this symposium are participatory and so all participants can provide input before and during the symposium. This includes comments on the symposium documents. The draft EAFM Guidance document will be developed with dsRFMOs before the symposium and will be reviewed during the final day’s discussions. It, and the publications in the Journal of Northwest Fishery Atlantic Science will be the main symposium outputs.
